Hiermit teile ich gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG mit, dass mein 
Stimmrechtsanteil an der Neschen AG am 15.06.2007 die Schwelle von 
10% unterschritten hat und zu diesem Tag 9,80% (1.286.325 
Stimmrechte) beträgt.

Hiermit teile ich gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG mit, dass mein 
Stimmrechtsanteil an der Neschen AG am 15.06.2007 die Schwelle von 
15% unterschritten hat und zu diesem Tag 13,23% (1.736.125 
Stimmrechte) beträgt.

Bear Stearns UK Holdings Limited, One Canada Square, London, E14 5AD,
UK hat uns am 21. Juni 2007 folgendes mitgeteilt: We hereby give 
notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 14 May 2007 
the voting interest of Bear Stearns UK Holdings Limited in Neschen AG
exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% and at this date amounted to 
5.71% (this corresponds to 500,000 shares). 5.71% of the voting 
rights (this corresponds to 500,000 shares) are attributable to Bear 
Stearns UK Holdings Limited in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent 1
no. 1 of the WpHG. The chain of controlled undertakings through which
the voting rights are held is: Bear Stearns International Limited.
