The UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has informed us that they reduced the voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany on 25 May 2007 below the threshold of 3% and at this point in time held 1.18% (2,953,614 shares). Of these voting rights, 0.10% (251,271 shares) are attributable to UBS AG pursuant to section 22 para.1, sentence 1, no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act.
