Einhell Germany AG set up a subsidiary
company in Slovakia

On 26 August 2008 the company Einhell Slovakia s.r.o. was recorded in
the commercial register and the foundation was completed. With 
foundation of this subsidiary the Einhell-Group wants to assure a 
better service for the Slovak Market by closeness to the customers. 
In the past, the business with Slovak customers was managed by the 
Czech subsidiary Einhell Unicore s.r.o. In the future this business 
will be done by Einhell Slovakia s.r.o.
