On 7 March 2018, the Company entered into a settlement agreement with two
creditors and one debtor. Mars One Ventures AG will buy back a subordinated loan
of CHF 1.3 million. Additionally we have agreed a settlement of another loan of
EUR 450,000. The Company has made the first of three payments agreed. As a
consequence of these agreements Mars One Ventures AG will reduce its debts by
approximately CHF 800,000.------------------------------------------------------
