Gleisdorf, October 17, 2008. Binder+Co AG, which is listed in the mid
market of the Vienna Stock Exchange, wishes to announce that with 
effect from October 9, 2008, the participation of AvW Gruppe AG in 
the company stood at 24.92% and was thus below the 25% limit.
