(ISIN AT0000617832), Christian Schrötter, will be taking over as 
Chief Financial Officer of A-TEC Industries Group as of 1 January 
2008.

For the time being Mr. Schrötter will also continue to act as CFO of 
ATB Group, until a suitable successor can be appointed.
