In the period from June 30, 2008 to
July 04, 2008, adidas AG repurchased a total of 280,000 shares. 
Further information as required by Article 4 sec. 4 of Regulation 
(EC) No. 2273/2003 is available on the Group´s website 
www.adidas-Group.com/sharebuyback. The purchase was undertaken on the
stock exchange (XETRA trading) by a financial institute authorized by
adidas AG.
