AvW INVEST AG (ISIN Number: AT0000930409, Reuters: AVWI.VI, XETRA 
Vienna: AWS) will be moving from the Vienna Stock Exchange´s Prime 
Market to the Standard Market Auction segment as of 1 December 2008. 
This is due to the fact that the AvW shares are no longer included in
the "continuous trading" procedure.

The move is effected because Capital Bank - Grawe Gruppe AG has 
resigned from its obligations as a Specialist. In the course of a new
tender procedure, no Specialist for the shares of AvW INVEST AG could
be found. AvW INVEST AG plans to return to the Prime Market at a 
later date in the future.
