The supervisory board of the PrimaCom AG appointed Michael Dorn as 
Chief Operating Officer (COO) in its meeting today. Michael Dorn will
join chairman and CEO Markus Schmid and Vice Chairman and CFO Michael
Buhl in the managing board of the PrimaCom AG.
