- Giuseppe Di Riso’s appointment will further strengthen Governance, bringing value to support the bank’s long-term growth and development plans

PKB is pleased to announce the entry of Giuseppe Di Riso to its Board of Directors as an independent director. The appointment was approved by the General Shareholders' Meeting held on April 23rd. At the same time, acknowledging Ms. Marina Natale's decision not to seek re-election for a new term, the Meeting expressed sincere gratitude for her contribution to the management and development of the bank and renewed the mandates of all the other directors.
Giuseppe Di Riso, Managing Director and Partner at the consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), has over twenty years of international experience in the financial services sector, gained through consulting activities and senior managerial roles. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at Swiss Re and Zurich Insurance Group, focusing on strategy and development within the insurance industry.
Previously, he worked at McKinsey & Company, where he was involved in M&A transactions and revenue growth projects for financial institutions. An Italian and Swiss citizen, he speaks five languages.
