Mars One Ventures AG: EUR 6 million funding agreement signed

Basel, 12. December 2016 - Mars One Ventures AG (Basel) signs a EUR 6 million
funding agreement with the Hong Kong based investment firm World Stock & Bond
Trade Limited. The funding agreement is irrevocable and binding and provides for
funding over a six month period in equal monthly instalments starting in January
2017. The investment occurs at a price of EUR 0.18 per share, with two bonus
shares for every share purchased - resulting in an average price of EUR 0.06 per
share. All conditions precedent for the acquisition of Mars One Ventures PLC by
Mars One Ventures AG are now met and the acquisition will be implemented.
