Halogen Software has opened a new field office in the Netherlands, expanding its global field operations to address increased demand for its talent management solutions in Western Europe. The company has also opened a product development office in Quebec City, Canada. This team is responsible for supporting the rapid delivery of new feature enhancements in the company's award-winning Halogen TalentSpace(TM) suite.
Western Europe a strong foothold for international growth
