Zurich, 9 December 2015 - Peach Property Group AG, one of the leading investors
in the residential and commercial real estate sectors, has made key progress for
the "Gretag site" in Regensdorf close to Zurich. The town council meeting on 7
December 2015 resolved to partially revise the construction and zoning
regulations for the "Bahnhof-Nord" area and approved the private design plan for
the "Gretag site". Developing the "Bahnhof Nord" area contributes to the future
growth as well as to the concentration of the mid- term development into central
areas in line with the Canton's planning guideline - in particular given that
this is currently the largest development area in the Canton of Zurich. The
Gretag site is a central component in this development plan. The most recent
resolutions by the town council are a further milestone in realizing the planned
residential construction on this site.

Peach Property Group is planning to build 654 apartments in several construction
phases. These will have a modest price level and will also include commercial
and restaurant spaces. When finished, the site will have a total rental area of
approx. 55,000 square metres. Construction is expected to start from 2017. The
Gretag site comprises more than 48,000 square meters (of which around 36,000
square meters are owned by Peach Property Group) and is characterised by its
excellent location at Regensdorf train station, close to Zurich.

The partial revision of the construction and zoning regulations as well as the
private design plan are key foundations for the both the Gretag site as well as
for future projects at other sites in the "Bahnhof Nord" area. They will now be
submitted to the Canton of Zurich for approval.

The planned investments at the Gretag site will kick off the transformation of
the entire "Bahnhof Nord" area. A central factor in the long-term, successful
development of this area continues to be the institutionalised, strong
cooperation between all of the property owners both between themselves and also
with the town council. Peach Property Group will contribute actively towards the
top-quality development of this entire region in the future - together with all
of the partners.
