Premstaetten - Premstaetten, Austria (24 July 2020) -- ams (SIX: AMS), a leading

representative Johann Eitner retires from ams' Supervisory Board as of the end
of today. ams' works council will delegate a new employee representative in due
course.
The Supervisory Board of ams would like to thank Johann Eitner for 27 years of
service as employee representative. Hans Jörg Kaltenbrunner, Chairman of the
Supervisory Board, commented, "Johann Eitner's commitment and constructive
