Borealis AG (the "Issuer") which has already one bond (ISIN AT0000A0H0V3) listed
in the Second Regulated Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange, announces its
intention to issue another corporate bond with an expected volume of EUR 100
million (max EUR 200 million) and tenor of seven years (the "Notes"). The
issuance is subject to positive market conditions and the prospectus approval.
This information is neither an offer nor a solicitation for an offer to purchase
Notes. The offer of Notes of the Issuer (the "Offer") is solely made on the
basis of a prospectus (the "Prospectus") which is expected to be approved by the
Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) of the Grand Dutchy of
Luxembourg on 14 June 2012 and subsequently published in electronic form on the
website of the Issuer (www.borealisgroup.com) and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange
(www.bourse.lu) and a copy of which is available free of charge at the office of
the Issuer at 1220 Vienna, Wagramerstraße 17-19. Only the information contained
in the Prospectus is binding in connection with the Offer.
