Innovative Packaging Solutions AG publishes 2013 half year report and reports signing of strategic partnership Baar, 27 September 2013 2013 half year report As reported in the ad-hoc release of 5 September 2013 the consolidated accounts show a loss of EUR 3.4 million over the first half of 2013 compared to a loss of EUR 2.9 million in the first six months of 2012. In the remaining part of 2013 existing customer contracts will have a positive impact on revenue and earnings. As a consequence, we expect the second half of 2013 to show a moderate result improvement compared to the first half of 2013. Even though accurate forecasting of revenues from customer projects remains difficult, especially in the current development phase of the Group, the Board of Directors and Group Management remain confident that the operational business of the Group will achieve break-even on a month by month basis within the next 6 months. Going forward the Board of Directors and Group Management expect further agreements with key customers to be signed which will enable the Group to show a positive result in 2014.
