Stuttgart, December 8, 2006 - ALTA FIDES AG with registered offices in Stuttgart has widened its portfolio with the acquisition of a further two listed properties. Located in the immediate vicinity of the Leipzig University Clinic, they have a residential and utility floor area of around 5,100 square meters. It is planned for these properties to be converted into apartments for the aged complete with medical care.
Coinciding with its stock market flotation, ALTA FIDES AG is thus implementing its planned growth strategy, which is to be further intensified thanks to its substantially greater equity base.
