Frankfurt am Main, August 3, 2011 - Today AIRE GmbH & Co. KGaA concluded the
sale of its largest real estate investment, the directly owned APP logistic park
in Bratislava, Slovakia. 

The APP logistic park was acquired by Czech Property Investments. The sale has
returned total net proceeds (after transaction costs) of around EUR 16.5
million.
