for LifeWatch AG

ZUG/Switzerland, May 24, 2017 - BioTelemetry (NASDAQ: BEAT) announced today that
the Initial Main Offer Period ending on May 31, 2017, 4:00 p.m. CEST, has been
extended by a period of 5 (five) Trading Days. The Extension Period will
commence on June 1, 2017, and end on June 8, 2017, 4:00 p.m. CEST.
