Neuhausen am Rheinfall / Schweiz - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE), der führende Anbieter für drahtlose Telemedizin, hat heute bekannt gegeben, dass die LifeWatch AG, Rundbuckstrasse 6, CH-8212 Neuhausen am Rheinfall (Kontakt: Andreas Wettstein, Tel. +41 44 206 16 16), seit einem am 27. Mai 2011 erfolgten Kauf von 13'799 Namenaktien jetzt mit 655´678 eigenen Namenaktien neu 5,004 % der Stimmrechte an der LifeWatch AG hält.
