and expands its own solutions portfolio in addition to its customized
consultancy and software development business. The solution supports asset
managers and private banks in mapping their specific business processes legally
compliant. By that, business partner management as well as customer relationship
management becomes highly efficient. in|VALUE had been sold repeatedly even
before its official sales kickoff. Due to this excellent response adesso expects
an annual six-figure contribution of the solution to turnover.
Supporting asset managers and private banks in all of their administrative
activities, in|VALUE creates more time to advise and support customers. The
solution observes current regulations, such as requirements on transparency and
the obligation to record consultations. It also helps users organise the high
amount of data coming from a growing number of depository banks. Overall,
in|VALUE is a comprehensive tool which can be used to minimise the likelihood of
disruptions and liability risks related to asset consulting services.
adesso provides in|VALUE as a complete solution, encompassing standard
implementation services, licenses, and service and maintenance. The solution is
based on the leading customer management system Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
Providing the highest flexibility possible, in|VALUE can be hosted by external
high-security computer centres. With in|VALUE DMS adesso provides an optional,
fully integrated component for the audit-compliant archiving of all relevant
data. Further modules for the use of mobile services as well as for the setup of
business partner portals are currently under way.
