Vienna, 10 August 2011. The Austrian ATX-traded conwert Immobilien Invest SE
changes the financial calendar published for 2011 and brings forward the
disclosure of the half-year results to 17 August. Subsequently, the share
buyback programme, which was approved by the extraordinary general meeting on
11 October 2010 and adopted by the Administrative Board of conwert on 14 June
2011, will be continued. In the run-up to the publication of the half-year
results, the purchase of treasury shares had to be suspended due to the regular
trading black-out period prior to the disclosure of financial figures, which is
stipulated in the Compliance regulation of the Financial Markets Authority. This
trading black-out period, which also applies to all related parties, will end
with the publication of the half-year figures.
