On December 31, 2012, Frank Wolfram, CTO of SYZYGY Group, will depart from the
company at his own request after long-term cooperation.
As CTO, Frank Wolfram was responsible for the technology-department.
Furthermore, he helped to build up the SYZYGY Group and to define the company's
overall strategy.
Mr. Wolfram leaves the Management Board by mutual agreement. Until his leaving,
he will be at SYZYGY Group's disposal.
