Jersey, 22 February 2008. Meinl
Airports International (MAI) will participate in the Polish airport 
of Bydgoszcz. Yesterday, the company has agreed with the Management 
Board of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region and the President of Bydgoszcz 
City on the terms for MAI´s participation in the airport. At the 
upcoming shareholders´ meeting the airport company will approve the 
increase of its authorised share capital. MAI will become a new 
shareholder in the airport company and intends to subscribe for up to
49% of total shares in Bydgoszcz International Airport. Details to 
the transaction will be released after the upcoming shareholders 
meeting of the airport company, which will take place within the next
weeks.

Bydgoszcz airport is an international commercial airport in 
North-West of Poland with a significant expansion potential. The 
airport is expected to handle approx. 300,000 passengers by 2008. In 
the longer-term a capacity of more than 1 million passengers has been
forecasted.
