CompuGROUP reports strong First Quarter 2007 as planned
      EBITDA up 31.5 percent

Koblenz, Germany, May 31, 2007 - CompuGROUP Holding AG, one of the leading
      eHealth solution  providers  in  Europe,  today  announced  its  financial
      results for the First Quarter 2007. Compared with the First Quarter  2006,
      all key financial figures show strong growth.

The results are improved by strong organic growth, especially in the  HCS-
      sector  (Health  Connectivity  Services),  which  is  CompuGROUP´s  highly
      profitable growth driver,  as  well  as  by  the  two  most  recent  major
      acquisitions.

In the First Quarter 2007, the total revenues of the Group climbed to  EUR
      41.741 million, an increase by  39.1  percent  compared  to  the  year-ago
      quarter  (EUR  29.988  million).  Earnings  before   Interest,   Tax   and
      Depreciation (EBITDA) increased by 31.5  percent  to  EUR  11.616  million
      (Q1/2007: EUR 8.83 million). Earnings before Tax (EBT) could  be  improved
      by 22.9 percent to EUR 5.330 million, compared to EUR 4.334 million in the
      year-ago quarter. Earnings per share in the First Quarter  2007  are  0.06
      EUR, compared with 0.05  EUR  in  the  year-ago  quarter  which  has  been
      adjusted by the stock split.
