Aachen - 26 July 2007. Parsytec AG - the world´s leading supplier of surface and web inspection systems for strip products - announces that the CFO Dr Michael Becker leaves the company.
Dr Michael Becker, the director of Parsytec AG (ISIN DE000A0JQ4J9) responsible for finance, has stepped from the Executive Board with effect from 26 July 2007 with the consent of the company's Executive Board and Supervisory Board. His resignation was tendered after consultation with the new major shareholder of Parsytec AG, ISRA VISION AG (ISIN DE0005488100).
