The results of the first quarter 2008 of CA Immo International show a stable operating development as well as an increase in the result from the sale of properties, leading to an increase by 26% in EBITDA from EUR10.7 million in the first quarter of 2007 to EUR13.6 million. This positive development is contrasted by a decline in the result from revaluation from EUR13.7 million to EUR 2.2 million, leading to a decrease in EBIT by 36% from EUR24.1 million to EUR15.5 million. Net income declined by 40% from EUR22.0 million to EUR13.2 million. NNNAV per share increased to EUR15.80 (+1.7% compared to 31 December 2007).
