SYNAXON AG: dividend proposal of EUR 0.40 per entitled share

The dividend proposal was discussed in the accounts review meeting on
20  March 2008. The Supervisory Board and Management Board will be 
proposing a dividend payment of EUR 0.40 per entitled share for the 
business year 2007. The proposal will be put to the vote at the 
General Meeting of Shareholders on 12 June 2008.
