A change in the name of the general partner in Leonardo Venture GmbH & Co. KGaA was entered into the German Commercial Register on 13 January 2009. ELGE Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH is now trading as Leonardo Venture Verwaltungs GmbH. The company´s registered office has also been relocated from Heidelberg to Mannheim. ELGE Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH has been a shelf company. After the change of name to Leonardo Venture Verwaltungs GmbH the sole shareholder is Leonardo Venture GmbH & Co. KGaA.
The general partner, ELGE Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH assumed the role of personally liable partner with effect from 1 January 2009 and therefore also became responsible for the legal and organisational representation of Leonardo Venture GmbH & Co. KGaA. Over the medium term, there are plans to convert Leonardo Venture GmbH & Co. KGaA to a public limited company.
