Saarbrücken, March 31, 2009. ItN Nanovation AG (ISIN DE000A0JL461) is expanding its Management Board. Effective May 1, 2009, Lutz Bungeroth, 48, is taking over the position as the company´s new CEO. Lutz Bungeroth will mainly be responsible for Sales and Finance. After the realignment of the management structure at the end of the last year Dr. Ralph Nonninger was the company´s sole Management Board member and is now to focus on R&D again.
ItN is gaining an experienced turnaround specialist in Lutz Bungeroth for the current restructuring process. He is to support the development of the company in the coming years. Lutz Bungeroth holds a degree in plant engineering, has extensive management experience in mid-caps and has already successfully turned around a number of companies.
