Cuxhaven, June, 30 2008 - Plambeck Neue Energien AG (ISIN: DE000A0JBPG2) is raising its profit forecast for the fiscal year of 2008 as a result of the sale of its shares in the Danish rotor blade manufacturer SSP Technology A/S to Ventizz. The sale of the shares is taking place on the basis of a corporate value to a total of about 51 mill. Euro adjusted by liquid funds and financial debts (about 7 mill. Euro).
As a result of the sale, Plambeck Neue Energien AG expects the planned EBIT in the group for the fiscal year of 2008 to rise from the 16 to 20 mill. Euro forecast up to now to a prospective amount of 20 to 25 mill. Euro.
