Cuxhaven, 22nd December 2005 ? The board of directors and the supervisory board of Plambeck Neue Energien AG (ISIN: DE000A0JBPG2) have declared that they will buy back convertible bonds from the 6% convertible loan 2004/2009 (ISIN: DE000A0AY6F1) for up to 1.5 million euros.
With the target buy-back, which is limited up to 30th December 2005, the liabilities of the company including the interest burden should be reduced. For that, the price level of the convertible bond, which is clearly quoting under its nominal amount at the moment, should be taken advantage of. The buy-back, which should be handled through stock exchange dealings, will be carried out by VEM Aktienbank AG.
