LINTEC Services GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of LINTEC Information
Technologies AG, Taucha (by Leipzig), signed an agreement today with
Hongkong THTF Digital Co., Ltd covering the performance of services
in Europe. Hongkong THTF Digital Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of Tsinghua
Tongfang Co. Ltd., a globally active corporation listed on Shanghai
Stock Exchange in China (Stock Code#: 600100). Its product portfolio
includes PCs, LCD televisions, MP3 players and DVD players.

Under the deal, LINTEC Services GmbH will assemble LCD TVs and also
run the after-sales service for these products throughout Europe.
Hongkong THTF Digital Co., Ltd will locate its European branch at
LINTEC’s headquarters in Taucha (by Leipzig).

The LCD TVs assembled in Taucha will be delivered throughout Europe.
After-sales service will comprise a hotline, RMA and repairs.

Although the contract sum cannot yet be specified, equipment
totalling a six-figure amount is expected to be built in 2007. The
first assembly orders will be carried out in December 2006 and be
fully credited to earnings in 2007.

Following the partnership with CONTEL Investment Co. Ltd. announced
in September 2006, Hongkong THTF Digital Co., Ltd is LINTEC’s second
Asian client.
