Hans Einhell AG, Landau an der Isar, chanced its name from Hans Einhell AG to Einhell Germany AG. The corresponding amendment of the statutes was entered in the trade register on 25th June 2008. The preferred share will be dealt and listed at the stock exchange from 15th July 2008 with the new name.
