Financial figures for the year 2007 are confirmed
The annual financial accounts for the year 2007 for the Einhell group were stated by the supervisory board. The Einhell group has fully reached the plannings of turnover and net income for the year 2007. The total turnover has increased by 7% to EUR 385,7 million compared to the adjusted figures in the previous year. The group turnover was EUR 411,8 million in 2006. Adjusted by the effect of Weka products, previous year's turnover was EUR 360,6 million. Weka Holzbau GmbH was sold at 29 December 2006.
Earnings before tax have reached EUR 24,6 million (previous year EUR 23,8 million, adjusted EUR 21,9 million). The profit margin before tax increased significantly from 5,8% to 6,4%.
The net income after minority's interest has reached EUR 16,7 million compared to previous year with EUR 16,3 million (adjusted: EUR 14,8 million).
The profit per share according to DVFA has been increased from EUR 4,3 to EUR 4,4.
On the basis of this enjoyable development in results the dividend shall be increased. At the annual general meeting a dividend of EUR 0,90 per preferred share and EUR 0,84 per common share will be recommended by the board of directors and by the supervisory board.
For the current year 2008 actual business development is enjoyable.
