Preliminary financial figures

Einhell AG announces the following:

According to the preliminary financial figures the Einhell group has
clearly exceeded the planning for the year 2005.

Total turnover has increased from EUR343.8 million in 2004 to
EUR387.1 million  in 2005 (+ 12.6%). Earnings before tax have reached
EUR 22.3 million (previous year EUR17.9 million). The net income
after minority’s interest has reached EUR14.7 million compared to
EUR11.7 million in 2004. This is an increase of 25.6%.

For this reason Einhell has realized a new record in turnover as well
as  in net income.

For the current year 2006 actual business development is fully in
line with Einhell group’s planning.
