KG in the voting rights of ComBOTS AG has fallen below the threshold of 5% and 3% on April 1, 2007 and that it amounts to 0% of the voting rights (0 voting rights) as from that date.
The 5.68% share of the voting rights (2,173,174 voting rights) in ComBOTS AG held so far by ComBOTS Holding GmbH & Co. KG has been held directly by ComBOTS AG since April 1, 2007. The share of ComBOTS AG (treasury shares) in voting rights now amounts to a total of 8.61% (3,307,222 voting rights).
