Hamburg (euro adhoc) - Annette Stieve (47) has been appointed to Nordex SE's
Supervisory Board. A financial expert, she has been CFO Germany/Netherlands of
the Faurecia Group, a leading international supplier of components for the
automotive industry, since 2005. Prior to this, she had been with accounting
company Arthur Andersen.
Annette Stieve replaces Carsten Risvig Pedersen, who stepped down from Nordex's
Supervisory Board in August at his own re-quest due to commitments which he has
with his own companies in Denmark. "We thank Mr. Pedersen for his strong ongoing
dedi-cation to the Nordex Group and wish him all the best both privately and in
his future career. At the same time, we are convinced that we have found in Ms.
Stieve a very good successor and are greatly looking forward to working with
her," said Dr. Wolfgang Ziebart, chairman of Nordex's Supervisory Board.
