The Supervisory Board of Rosenbauer International AG resolved to extend the
Executive Board employment contract of CEO Dieter Siegel - responsible for
Customer Service, Corporate Developoment, Human Resources, Global Product
Management, Global Marketing, Sales Administration and Group Communication -
which had been due to expire in 2116 for a further period until 2021.
As hitherto, the Executive Board of Rosenbauer International AG is thus made up
of Dieter Siegel (CEO), Gottfried Brunbauer (CTO) and Günter Kitzmüller (CFO).
