The family shareholders of Rosenbauer International AG yesterday
signed a Contribution of Capital Contract regarding their shares in
Rosenbauer International AG. 51 % of the shares held in Rosenbauer
International AG are to be contributed to the newly incorporated
holdings-management company ROSENBAUER Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH,
which will supersede the family syndicate agreement which was in
force hitherto.

Registration in the Register of Companies is to be effected within
the next few days.
