Andritz receives large order from ThyssenKrupp Nirosta

Graz, 1 August 2006.  International technology group Andritz received
an order from ThyssenKrupp Nirosta, Krefeld, Germany for
rehabilitation of the stainless steel annealing and pickling lines at
its Krefeld works which had been damaged in a fire.  The order value
for Andritz is several tens of millions Euros.
The cold strip annealing and pickling line was supplied and installed
by Andritz in 2003 and is based on the latest Andritz technologies.
Being one of the most efficient manufacturing lines of their kind,
they are to be rebuilt as quickly as possible.  By placing the order
with Andritz once again, ThyssenKrupp Nirosta has confirmed its
satisfaction with the installations and underlying services provided
by Andritz.
