SkyEurope Holding AG announces that the publication of its Q3 Financial Report will be delayed by 1 week as the accounting policies and disclosure requirements have to be adopted due to the creditor protection granted to its subsidiary SkyEurope Airlines a.s.. Therefore, the company will publish its Q3 Financial Report on 4 September 2009 and not on 28 August 2009.
