"record day" for Nanoventure N.V.

Eindhoven, May 22, 2006 - Navigator Equity Solutions N.V. announces that the "record day" for the distribution of its shareholding in Nanoventure N.V. by way of a dividend in kind will be Wednesday, May 31, 2006, 24.00 hours. Shares of Navigator Equity Solutions N.V. will be trading "ex dividend" from June 1, 2006. The dividend distribution will take place at a ratio of 4:1. As a result each shareholder of Navigator Equity Solutions N.V. will receive one share in Nanoventure N.V. for each four shares in Navigator Equity Solutions N.V.. Nanoventure N.V. shares will be booked into share accounts automatically. It is planned to admit Nanoventure N.V. shares to trading on the German stock exchange in due course.
Through the transaction shareholders are enabled to participate in the development of an attractive business model which is currently not the core business of Navigator Equity Solutions N.V.. It is intended to perform similar transactions in the future if and when the need arises.
