TravelCLICK Expands Preferred Hotel Placement Portfolio

Chicago (ots/PRNewswire)

- New Amadeus Program Enhances Hotel Marketing Opportunities
TravelCLICK, the leading provider of e-commerce solutions for
hotels, today announced an agreement to provide Amadeus with the
ability to offer preferred placement to its hotel clients. The
solution, called Amadeus Instant Preference, will guarantee
subscribing hotels prime position towards the top of the display of
the world's leading travel distribution system.
"This agreement strengthens our partnership with Amadeus and
expands our offering to hoteliers worldwide," said Richard W. Gray,
Chairman of TravelCLICK. "We are excited to bring Amadeus Instant
Preference to the marketplace. We ensure the benefit of preferred
placement by limiting the number of subscribers per city, so
hoteliers can be sure that their property will be given prime
placement in the search results."
According to research, the majority of hotel bookings are made
from the top one-third of screen displays. In this way, a tool, which
ensures that hotels are displayed towards the top of the display,
like Amadeus Instant Preference, can increase GDS bookings for that
hotel by up to three times.
"Amadeus Instant Preference allows our hotel providers to market
their properties directly to Amadeus' 347,000 points of sale around
the world," said David Jones, Executive Vice President, Commercial of
Amadeus.
Amadeus Instant Preference offers hotels six-month or annual
participation options and is available for purchase through
TravelCLICK. For more information or contact details, go to
