Institutional Investor Magazine Ranks Europe's Best CEOs
New York (ots/PRNewswire)
Institutional Investor magazine today announced Europe's top chief executives, as ranked by research analysts and portfolio managers. The winning CEOs appear in the magazine's April issue.
Thirteen of the 33 European companies whose CEOs received the highest scores are British, five are French, four are German, three are Swiss, and two are Dutch; an Anglo-Dutch and a French-German company each has a top CEO, as do companies in Finland, Ireland, Italy and Sweden.
To find the leaders II surveyed about 700 research analysts and portfolio managers at more than 250 money management firms that invest an estimated US$3 trillion in European equities. Also polled were almost 620 sell-side analysts -- drawn from a pool of those who received at least one vote in II's All-Europe and Emerging Europe/Middle East/Africa research team surveys -- at more than 90 brokerages.
Listed below are the European-company chief executives who received the highest scores, their companies and their sector.
