StrataGold Begins Trading on Toronto Stock Exchange

StrataGold Corporation (TSX: SGV) is pleased to announce that its common shares have been approved for listing and will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) effective April 28, 2005. StrataGold Corporation will continue to trade under the stock symbol "SGV." Concurrent with graduation to the TSX, StrataGold's common shares will no longer trade on the TSX Venture Exchange.
