ASIG Acquires Airport Group International, LLC (AGI

ASIG(R), an industry leader in
aviation services, announced today that it has acquired Airport Group
International, LLC (AGI), from TBI PLC. AGI is a U.S.-based provider
of commercial aviation and airport facility support services.
AGI has been in operation for 75 years and serves 17 airports,
primarily in the U.S. The company has sizable operations at
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta (ATL), Charlotte (CLT), Ontario (ONT), Los
Angeles (LAX), Honolulu (HNL), and Guam (GUM) International airports.
AGI specializes in ground handling, cargo handling, passenger
services, aviation fuel and airport facility services and represents
an excellent strategic fit with ASIG's existing business portfolio.
