Valeo Lighting Systems in Spain Wins Prestigious Prince Felipe Award for Business Competitiveness

    Paris (ots/PRNewswire) - Valeo Lighting Systems' Martos plant in Spain has won the Prince Felipe Award for Business Competitiveness, the highest distinction given to a company in Spain.

    "It is an honor for Valeo to receive this prestigious award highlighting the importance of quality, innovation and operational excellence, which are at the heart of our Group's strategy," said Thierry Morin, Valeo Chairman & CEO.

    The Prince Felipe Awards for Business Excellence, established in 1993, recognize the merit of Spanish-based companies that have made major efforts to improve their competitiveness.

    For this year's awards, Valeo Engine Cooling in Zaragoza was also nominated in the technological innovation category.

    The awards will be presented by Prince Felipe during a ceremony to be held on June 19.
