The Marseille-Kliniken AG will sell 12 assets from the care segment, with approximately 1.500 beds, to the US Investor in a sale-and-lease transaction.
With a volume of approx. EUR 100 million, this transaction lays a strategical milestone, allowing Marseille-Kliniken AG to further focus on health service facilities operations.
After a successful conversion, the breakdown of the Marseille-Kliniken AG property portfolio will comprise of approximately 50% owned and 50% leased facilities. The Marseille-Kliniken AG regards this ratio as an index for future expansion strategies within the enterprise.
