Mr Nonnenkamp will resign from his position as of December 31, 2011
The Supervisory Board of K+S Aktiengesellschaft and the member of the Board of
Executive Directors, Mr Jan Peter Nonnenkamp, have mutually agreed that he will
resign from office and that his contractual relationship will cease by the end
of this year.
Thereafter his duties and responsibilities will be assumed by Mr Norbert
Steiner, Chairman
of the Board of Executive Directors, until further notice.
